Worry is a particular kind of thought that has the ability to capture your attention but does not allow you to do anything productive with the thought. In reality worry is pointless. Suppose then we did not allow the worry to capture our attention but instead we allowed the worry to exist but not be important. This video introduces you to the profound idea that you can have more control by letting go of the need to invest attention (and energy) into the worrying thought.
