Real problem solving
Everyone who worries, at some time, makes the mistake of thinking that worry has a function. As if it's a real problem solving strategy. The truth is it's not of any value at all. I need you to recognize this fact otherwise you will always be working against yourself. One bit of you trying to stop worrying and another bit believing that you are doing something useful.
